The RiazHub Image Shadow Generator & Elevation Studio is an advanced, privacy-first, client-side graphic engine designed to transform flat images and transparent PNG cutouts into studio-grade visual assets. Unlike standard CSS box-shadow generators that are confined to rectangular bounding boxes, this tool features intelligent Alpha-Aware Contour Sniffing, accurately tracing the organic silhouettes of transparent cutouts, e-commerce products, logos, and UI components.
Choose between five distinct lighting topologies: Soft Diffuse Drop Shadows for modern card elevation, Realistic 3D Ground Cast Shadows with affine perspective shearing and ambient occlusion contact layers, Floating Device Elevation Glows for SaaS hero shots, Hard-Edge Retro Comic Block Shadows for neo-brutalist pop designs, and Inset Depth Bevels. Fine-tune light angle azimuth, distance, blur radius, ground stretch, and shadow opacity in real time with an interactive canvas workspace, then export production-ready CSS snippets (box-shadow or filter: drop-shadow) or download high-resolution 32-bit transparent PNGs with baked shadows 100% processed locally in your browser with zero server uploads.
Universal Image Shadow Generator & Elevation Studio
Cast realistic 3D floor cast shadows, diffuse multi-layer drops, and neon glows behind photos and transparent cutouts with zero clipping and 100% in-browser privacy.

box-shadow only generates shadows around the rectangular perimeter bounding box of an HTML element. When dealing with transparent product photos, e-commerce sneaker cutouts, or isolated subject PNGs, this results in an unnatural rectangular dark box. Alpha-Aware Contour Sniffing traverses individual pixel alpha channels using HTML5 Canvas source-in compositing to cast smooth shadows that hug the silhouette contours of the subject.
[x', y'] = [x - y * tan(φ), y * s_y]
The subject's alpha mask is projected onto the virtual ground plane, compressed vertically by
s_y, sheared sideways according to the sun angle φ, and softened with directional linear fadeout gradients to model real-world inverse-square light dissipation.
Inset Bevel & Rim: Uses inverse contour alpha subtraction (
destination-out) to produce tactile embossed rims, beveled glass boundaries, and inner dimensional edge shadows that give cutouts tactile substance.
